Beautiful sunny 3BD apartment in the Wedge neighborhood looking for roommate! 2nd floor of a triplex walking distance to Lake of the Isles, Caffeto, Wedge Co-op, Mortimer’s, Sebastian Joes’s, Namaste Cafe… etc. Super close to Hennepin and Lyndale transit.
Currently one 30M professional who has been living here for 2 years. Super friendly but also quiet. Looking for someone similar—gender and age not important but must be 21+ and have 3x monthly rent in income to rent through the property management company. 420 friendly but infrequent drinking/smoking preferred.
Coin laundry and spacious storage locker in basement. Off street parking space or 2 available, up to 2 cats OK each with small monthly fee. No dogs.
Couples ok—bedroom has an attached bath in pictures. Also a functionally private bathroom in the hall for roommate. 3rd bedroom currently used as a shared music/art studio.
