It is a quiet building in a super convenient location to freeways and walking distance to numerous stores and restaurants. The available sunny bedroom faces east and is 10'x12' w/two full length shelves in the 8'x2' closet. Twin size bed, small desk and bedside table are available. You will have use of the kitchen, living room and will need to share the main bathroom's tub & shower since I have a half bath off of my bedroom. Play the piano? I have one you can play. There is a patio for the apt complex in the backyard with lovely, terraced flower beds. Parking available first come first serve on the two side parking lots.
Apartment management is quick to respond to any maintenance issues. Property management requires a background check for $35. You pay that fee. Your rent of $700 covers heat/AC/electricity/and internet. Security deposit required is $700. I am expecting a one-year commitment. Non-smoker only. No pets allowed. There isn't an elevator in the complex. No deep frying of food or heavy spices because of my artwork. I read and paint in the evening, so I am looking for a quiet type of person.
