Looking for a dependable, trustworthy, clean person to share this beautiful house with. Rent is $175 per week payable on Fridays only, plus one half of all utilities. Security deposit of $700 must be paid upon acceptance and moving in. Occasionally overnight guest is allowed. No parties unless agreed upon with other tenant. No smoking inside of the house only in designated areas outside. No criminal activity will be tolerated. Mowing the grass and snow removal is responsible of both tenants. Tenancy is for 6 months or more. 30 day notice in writing must be given before moving out. No emails or texts will be answered.
