Hi,I have a finished bedroom (9'x16') plus closet. I do have extra storage ,basement has family TV room furnished for use too ,bedroom has cable and TV also. There is a private bathroom w/walk in shower. Bar area has mid-size fridge for use and a microwave other wise share kitchen up stairs. Laundry is shared downstairs.Off street parking that has snowblower service with one inch triggers of snowfall.****I have two small dogs of my own,I will not rent if you want to bring pets! Mine are enough! The rental is for a single person only! I'm,clean,quiet,respectful.no smoking,or no drugs allowed! The rent is $800 &and and a deposit is the same . It's not last months rent! All utilities are included,water,gas,electric.,cable(W/WiFi)garbage, Yard is kept up very nice,fenced yard with a fire pit also,3 grills for use &and a meat smoker. Patio deck with a gazebo yard is always mowed.***Please email me with some type of your information,name, age,rental back ground,employment,personal references.rental time frame Please be polite or no response I prefer email please send info.. thanks p.s.
