I have 2 bedrooms available for rent in Bloomington starting immediately. $900 per month for the bigger room, $300 per month for the smaller room (or another fair price). Includes utilities, month to month agreement, no pets, and the rooms will be unfurnished. The two rooms are downstairs, right next to each other, and you would share the downstairs bathroom with the other renter. The bigger room is approximately 12x9, the closet goes back another 2 feet, the smaller room is approximately 12x8, and the closet goes back another 2 feet. Looking for 1 quiet professional person or a quiet student. I don't want guests over or overnight guests as I work from home. I don't want people living here who stay up late, or come home late at night, no excessive drinking. You need to simply clean up after yourself. Absolutely no drugs, no smoking, and no criminal history. Very close to BEST BUY HEADQUARTERS, and Northwestern Health Sciences University! The room is rented to a single person (no couples) and it is not a house for entertaining. Both rooms have a big closet. I'm looking for a person laid back, not loud, and would keep common areas clean. This home works best for those who can easily integrate with a well-established home environment. The tenants who currently live at my home are quiet, clean, non-party people who all live their own separate lives and mesh well together.

A non-smoker is a must and also employed full time outside of the home or in school, will clean up after yourself, and can pay your rent on time every month. It will be important to be compatible as we will be living together and I believe home should be a quiet, restful place that is relaxing to be in. I know that I would be most compatible with someone who is educated. Male, female, any age – the main thing is that you are a kind, responsible, trustworthy, and easy-going person. Rent is $900 per month on a month to month with a 60 day notice.

The location is really what makes this place a desirable place to live. Within a 1 mile radius there's grocery stores, fast food restaurants, Target, gas stations, and the bus stop is right around the corner! Upper and Lower Penn Lakes are a couple blocks away and Hwys. 494 and 35W are only a couple miles away.
