About Us: We are an established, mission-driven, intentional living community committed to fostering a close-knit, supportive atmosphere. As a shared-living environment, membership/tenancy is required and based on adherence to our community mission.
Available Room (Shared Home): This private bedroom (approx. 230 sq ft) is in a spacious home. The residence features 2bedrooms,2 bathrooms, and includes shared access to two full kitchens, four living areas, and laundry facilities.
Details: * Rent: $500/month (includes all utilities, high-speed internet, and cleaning essentials) * if you can provide 4 hours/month of home maintenance assistance (e.g., mowing, shoveling). * Restrictions: No furry or feathered pets due to resident allergies.
