Available Room (Shared Home): This private bedroom (approx. 230 sq ft) is in a spacious home. The residence features 9 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and includes shared access to two full kitchens, four living areas, and laundry facilities.
Details: * Rent: $865/month (includes all utilities, high-speed internet, and cleaning essentials) * Discount: $765/month if you can provide 4 hours/month of home maintenance assistance (e.g., mowing, shoveling). * Restrictions: No furry or feathered pets due to resident allergies.
