Hi all! My roommate is moving out of Minnesota and I’m looking to fill the room for the remainder of the lease in our 2 bed/2 bath apartment at 3136 Oakland Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55407. The apartment faces the back instead of the street, so it’s quiet with a peaceful view of trees, and the rooms get plenty of natural light with glass panels above the bedroom doors that help keep the main living area bright even when the doors are closed. You’ll be moving into a furnished living space, and the bedroom can be semi-furnished if you’d like. The apartment also comes with an in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and was recently renovated. The location is excellent—right on Oakland Ave in Minneapolis, close to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and parks, with easy access to Uptown, Midtown, and downtown Minneapolis.
