Full sized Murphy Bed, desk, dresser, closet, 32" Fire TV, Alexa, and two sets of sheets.
Bathroom has towels, essentials, and other supplies.
A small dorm style kitchen is set up in the hall outside the bedroom.
Laundry Room is just off the hall as well.
All utilities included.
High speed WiFi included.
Shared streaming included: Hulu, Disney, Prime.
Cable is not included; as we don’t have.
We are a couple in our 50’s who breed Boston Terriers and typically have 5-6 adult dogs in the house, sometimes more, as we dog sit. It isn’t unheard of to have 15-20 dogs+puppies in the house.
We are very much homebodies. Mike loves video games and Tracey enjoys reading and Crocheting. We also have a room in the basement that we list on Airbnb.
You must love, love, LOOOVVEEE dogs. (Like, would rather hang with the dog at a party than the guests.) Boston Terriers love to love. They invite themselves onto your lap, will literally drown you with kisses. If you leave your door open, they will take it upon themselves to inspect your things, test out the bed, etc. Danu (a/k/a Danu the Destroyer) is also an insufferable thief.
Must not be over sensitive to smells, as we have 3-5 litters of puppies a year, and puppies can be a bit smelly, no matter how often we clean. The puppies are allowed to play on the main floor at about 4-5 weeks old and are not potty trained yet.
You will have a full bathroom that is 100% yours.
Access to the kitchen, and other areas of the home.
We are willing to offer credits to your monthly balance for tasks assisted and completed around the home/lawn.
Close to Steve-O’s; close to Hwy 100 and Co Rd 81
We are maxed on pets; so we cannot accept anyone with a pet.
We are also not interested in a couple at this time.

One months deposit is required.
Must be able to pass a background check. An application fee of $25.00 will be due to process it.
Two to Three Professional and Personal references will be contacted.
Must have current and stable employment/income.
We will not accept anyone who smokes anything, as Tracey is very sensitive to the smells.
