A non-smoker is a must and also employed full time outside of the home or in school, will clean up after yourself, and can pay your rent on time every month. Rent is $850 per month on a month to month with a 60 day notice.
The location is really what makes this place a desirable place to live. Within a 1 mile radius there's grocery stores, fast food restaurants, Target, gas stations, and the bus stop is right around the corner! Upper and Lower Penn Lakes are a couple blocks away and Hwys. 494 and 35W are only a couple miles away.

You need prior rental or verifiable personal references, a reliable verifiable job, and be able to pay rent on time. I will be doing a background/employment check at my expense. Initially I want to have a phone conversation and based on that, I would ask for ID so that I can pre-screen you (for my safety and the privacy of the other residents before meeting you face to face off site). Then.... if that goes well I would bring you to the house to meet the other potential house mates (AND THEY WILL MAKE THE DECISION after the full background check from the applicants which person THEY want).
