One room available for FREE in a fully furnished, 2BR in exchange for up to three hours of babysitting per day. The duties would require that a babysitter assist my kids with a scheduled routine in the evenings, including picking up from pm daycare, driving home at 7pm, and preparing one meal per day. In exchange, there will be a rent free room available with utilities and food included. The apartment is clean, quiet, close to amenities, in a family neighborhood. I have two small children ages 7 (boy) and 5 (girl). If you don’t mind living with kids and have childcare experience, please contact me for more details. There is off street parking available.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily care and supervision tailored to the children’s specific needs (hyperactivity, ADHD, anxiety).
Engage the children in stimulating activities that encourage growth and learning.
Assist with evenings routines such as; preparing one healthy meal per day, monitoring hygiene guidelines, and facilitating a smooth evening routine to mitigate anxiety.
Foster a warm, safe, and nurturing environment.
Communicate regularly with the family about the children’s progress and any notify accordingly of any concerns.
Who We’re Looking For:
A kind and patient individual with experience in childcare, particularly with special needs.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Reliable and flexible with a genuine passion for helping children thrive.
Experience with or an innate teaching ability.
CPR and First Aid training is a plus
