I've been living in mpls since 98, and I'm embarrassed to admit I still rent an apartment because I have nothing saved to buy a house. I'm hoping to find anything I could rent for a discounted rate in exchange for cleaning and/or any tasks you need help with on a regular basis. I have a 9-5 job at a bank so I wouldn't be around too much. I don't have much of a social life, but I'd love to buy a house before I explire so please consider helping me accomplish this goal.
