I'm sociable and friendly but I'm not chatty when I'm working. A lot of my work experiences has come through either working for a temp service or labor temp services. I'm not afraid of both learning something new and on the job training of something new (I actually get excited about learning something new). A person is only as good as their trained in the beginning up until a person learns the job thoroughly. Then I stride to be one of the best at it. I've NEVER used the phrase "I don't get paid to do that....NEVER!" I also try to lead by example especially by having a good attitude, positive personality, and display good work ethics.
