I have a used headliner for sale that came off my truck 2013 Ram Laramie Crew Cabin. It does NOT have the sunroof but it DOES have the wholes for ceiling speakers.
It has a crease but you can still repair it and put new material over it. You can find new material cheaply on Amazon.

I also include a wiring harness that is separate. You can glue it on the headliner.
