This Camshaft , Lifters , and Lifter Guides fit the 4.3 engine with the balance shaft .This full set came from a low mileage vehicle that had external Block damage from an auto accident. The engine is being parted out. The Heads and Rocker Arms may still be available. Also the pistons and Rods . Please Message with any questions.
