We had this Chevrolet GM K348248 RH Ex. Manifold professionally Resurfaced to ensure a perfect seal to the cylinder head. The collector bolts could be used again or replaced (That's up to you).The 3 bolts are easily reused or removed. The 3 exhaust nuts are in good shape, and we left the flapper unit and 6" of exhaust tube in place. This should fit 1970 1971 1972 1973 1974 1975 1976 1977 1978 1979 1980 Chevrolet Vehicles with a 305 or 350. But, please compare these pictures to your manifold to make sure they look the same.
