Fuel pump needs replacement; it will fire up with starting fluid in the throttle body. Vehicle will need to be towed or trailered.
It has the typical underneath rust problem with these vehicles. It's in 4 places and repair procedure can be watched on YouTube. Check out "the Clay Way and others. I think Clay even has a website that you can order the weldable parts that he has fabricated. Of the 4 spots only one I believe needs immediate attention to use the vehicle, but even that one is still intact and not fully rusted through. Or just use the vehicle for parts. Has a great engine, transmission, alloy wheels, body parts, glass, and more. If you have or know someone who has the skills to repair this would be an excellent vehicle. My loss is your gain.
