The west (front) side of the warehouse is 2,395 square feet and has vaulted ceilings. It includes three 145 square-foot rooms that can be used as offices, storage rooms, tool storage, etc.; however, these rooms have between 7’ 4” to 8’ 2” ceilings. In addition, there is a catwalk in the warehouse that leads to an upper room that is 720 square feet. This side of the warehouse has a 10’ high x 11’ wide overhead door at dock height.
The west side of the warehouse is connected to the east (back) side of the warehouse by a service door.
