PART TIME Marketing / Office Assistant / Students welcome

Do you like to keep busy and are you well-organized? Growing Auto Service Center needs help. 20 hours a week, $11.00 an hour. No evenings or weekends. Friendly work environment.

- Assemble marketing materials and mailings (collate, label, assemble promotional items, etc.).
- Create and update customer information (Excel and online software).
- Create simple flyers (Publisher).
- Source ideas, suppliers and pricing online occasionally.
- Keep project workroom clean and organized.
- Weekly activity report (Excel).
- Phone follow up with customers as needed.
- Record customer payments; filing and general office tasks.
- Provide occasional administrative support for owners

- Basic experience with Publisher, Word and Excel. We also use Google Drive and Google Docs.
- Helpful and positive attitude; low stress environment but daily productivity important.
- Like to stay busy and self-manage; enjoy variety. Like anything in life, some activities are more interesting than others. May be good fit for someone who's semi-retired.
- Not required but a PLUS - social media experience (FB, Pinterest and Instagram);
- Attention to detail and accurate keyboarding skills a must.
- Friendly, professional and understandable phone voice. Speak, read and write effectively in English.
