Admin Extraordinaire (Minneapolis)

Do you specialize in multi-tasking? Do you get bored doing the same thing every single day? Do you love making a difference?

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, compassionate, and reliable to round out the team in our Minneapolis office. You'll be answering phones, greeting walk-ins, managing client files, assisting employees, collecting time sheets, and taking on projects as needed. You must work well with people of all walks of life and abilities and be willing to occasionally work out of our St. Paul office, too. This position is Tues-Thurs, 8:30am-4:30pm. We can be flexible for the right candidate.

We are a home health care company with 4 locations in central MN. We pride ourselves in providing respectful care so that our clients can remain comfortable in their own homes.

Required: high school diploma/GED, pass a MN Department of Human Services background check
Preferred: experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
