Rock & Roll Rhythm Guitar Workshop! (Minneapolis)

Hi Guitarists!
Rock And Roll Rhythm Workshop!

Hi It's Mike from The band, The Orange Goodness. After teaching at many schools and privately for 22 years in MN, I find the #1 challenge of most guitarists is developing consistent rhythmic fluidity, great pocket, and great timing. It's hard to do this on your own without a great drummer pushing you on a weekly basis. I've been privileged to play with some of the greatest drummers in MN (see list below) and they have taught me so much about rhythm. I'd like to pass down that knowledge to you. The secret sauce is thinking like a drummer while playing guitar. I know you'll come away from RRRB understanding and "owning" many of the global beats from The Southern United States,West Africa, and the Caribbean that make up rock and roll. You will also have a greater understanding of rhythm and drumming as a whole.

RRRB....
- Built for electric and acoustic guitarists ( advanced beginner to advanced intermediate players)
- Increase your rhythmic fluidity and rhythmic polish!
- Learn and "own" the essential global rhythms and beats of rock and roll
- Play along live with professional bass players and drummers! We are your live looper!
- Build confidence and get better at playing with others
- Learn how to count internally, develop good pocket and timing
- Learn traditional western rhythm notation
- RRRB meets in The Foundry Building in NE Mpls
- Guitarists will receive custom videos of my rhythm guitar tips and the topics we covered in the workshop +PDF packet
- RRRB is guided by Mike Michel of The Orange Goodness
- Yes it will be fun as hell but we will work too
- You are cool and courageous taking any class in adulthood! There's a no judgment zone in RRRB
- Cost is $80 per workshop (which includes the custom vids and PDF packet)

Classes are limited to 5 guitarists ( acoustic or electric)
You will need to bring your own small amp if electric
RRRB dates is Thursday Sept 12th 7pm-9:15pm
To RSVP message me back! Thanks Mike
