Hello! The pictures attached show a Marshall SC20C with the red and black snakeskin tolex.
I purchased this amp from a private seller in Hopkins 4 years ago. I loved it, but ultimately needed a head version, and in one of the pics you can see I had removed it from the combo with a plan to convert it into a head albeit upside down. I came across an EVH 5150III EL34 at Music Go Round in Roseville about a year later, and I couldn't pass it up. So I traded the Marshall in on it. In retrospect it was a very foolish decision. I know somebody bought it, and funny enough I found somebody selling it on Craigslist shortly after that because I noticed in the pictures a small gouge in the tolex (which I can't remember if is on the right or left side of the very front of the amplifier.) This was perhaps two years ago. The day that I bought that amplifier was the day that my mother died of cancer, and I had set the sale up about a week prior not knowing that was going to happen. It was very bittersweet to purchase it that day as one might imagine, but that's how it went down. Fast forward today, and I now own a marshall SV20H. But I'll be very honest, I miss that SC20C. And so here I am on craigslist, hoping the person who has this amplifier now, would be willing to sell it back to me. I apologize I don't have better pictures of it, but I don't imagine there are very many of these around. I have a lot of gear that I would be willing to trade, but I have cash as well. If you read this and you happen to have this amplifier and you are willing it would be a great blessing to me if we could work something out. I now have the very same cancer as my mother did, and I'm just looking to reconnect with that particular piece of gear if possible.
Thank you so much to everyone who reads this. I hope we can connect.
