For sale is a 2015 Kawai 506N upright piano, a 44.5” tall vertical with a gorgeous mahogany satin finish. This piano was purchased new from Schmitt Music and comes with its matching bench.

Features & Condition:
-Make/Model: Kawai 506N, Serial #F105486
-Finish: Mahogany satin
-Height: 44.5”
-Condition: Excellent overall. Cabinet shows only minor blemishes (small indentation on fallboard lip, tiny ding on key rail, light surface scratches on bench). Keys and action in excellent shape; one white key has a tiny chip. Pedals slightly tarnished but fully functional.
-Sound/Touch: Medium touch, medium-bright tone, responsive action.
-Maintenance: Regularly tuned and cared for. Includes a Dampp-Chaser Piano Life Saver humidity control system installed.

Appraisal:
-Professional appraisal by piano technician Simon Husbands (Sept. 2025) valued this piano at $4,000 Fair Market Value. A new Kawai 506N currently sells for around $6,000.
