This is a 1980s JTG Infinity guitar, designed by David Petschulat for JTG of Nashville, and made by Fujigen in Japan. It has a very fast, slim neck, Kahler trem, ebony fretboard, and 24 frets.
It is original with the exception of a changed neck pickup. The original brass bottom plate humbucker in the bridge position is quite hot, with a lot of articulation.
This guitar balances shockingly well, and is surprisingly comfortable! It has a few dings, and some honest play wear, but is in overall very good shape for a nearly 40-year-old pointy guitar.
David is known for making mini Les Paul style guitars for Eddie Van Halen, as well as instruments for Mick Jones of Foreigner, and Nancy Wilson of Heart. Check out Mick Jones' guitar that is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, it's the inspiration for the Infinity!
After making some celebrity guitars, he went to work for JTG in Nashville. They were importing and distributing classical guitars and digital metronomes at the time, and are still around selling educational toys, of all things. There are two models of JTG guitars. The made in Japan Infinity, and the budget version called the Infinox, which was Korean.
David was also involved with Kahler doing R&D, and many other projects. The shown technical drawings were supplied by David, and are from the development of the Infinity at Fujigen in Japan.
