I bought refurbished direct from Native Instruments - but it looked brand new - probably their way of getting rid of the last stock before MK3 was released.
Unlike the smaller models this model has fully-weighted keys. They are probably about as close to a real piano as you can get. (Same as the MKIII keys actually - the MK3 isn't much of an upgrade - essentially just a way to charge people more as there's no new features really that matter.
The lights are REALLY useful - for example when playing back stuff from komplete kontrol software: it will show what keys you used which is nice for matching what you used before if you aren't looking at notes/etc.
I'm only selling as I have two keyboards and don't need both. I barely used this one anyways
