Growing signage company is looking for a detail orientated person to join our team as a Project Manager/Estimator. Main responsibilities include the calculation of estimates, sourcing materials and services. Managing project specifics, such as permits, site surveys and installation for a major client will also be a critical part of the position. Other tasks include developing and maintaining strong relationship with vendors and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management, self-motivated and possess strong organizational skills. The candidate needs to be comfortable working within deadlines. Outstanding oral and written communication skills, negotiation abilities a must. Signage experience is desired and a definite plus.
