Calling all woodworking enthusiasts! NorthUp Saunas LLC is looking for a motivated Sauna Technician to join our growing team.
This is a full-time position that begins part-time while training is completed.
About NorthUp Saunas
We specialize in building high-quality, nature-inspired saunas. Our saunas are at the Minnesota State Fair, and have been showcased in The New York Times and Vogue magazine. As a Sauna Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role in our production process—helping create both parts and finished products using repeatable, high-standard methods. You’ll also assist with various tasks around the shop, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
Tool Experience – Comfortable using hand and power tools (no need to be an expert, just capable and safe).
Eagerness to Learn – Excited to build new skills and take pride in working with your hands.
Team Player – Ready to collaborate with a supportive, positive crew.
What to Expect
Training Phase: Start at 20–30 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
Full-Time: Hours increase to 40/week after training.
Core Shop Hours: Monday–Friday, typically between 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.
