Develop, maintain, and support website, video production, and marketing content to promote the growth and public knowledge of Loffler and its offerings in order to generate leads and to grow our profitable revenue and perception with clients, potential clients and partners. In order to do this effectively, this person must interact with internal and external customers while delivering consistent messages in a timely fashion while maintaining brand and quality standards. To be effective, candidate must have very good knowledge of Loffler’s current offering of technology and services, and the marketplace. This position is for a person that can apply their leadership, creativity, talent, can do spirit and hard work to bring Loffler the greatest marketing impact within budget. This person will work cooperatively with his/her manager, senior leadership, management, sales and entire Loffler team to help plan and execute marketing projects and ensure that marketing strategies are implemented properly and on deadline.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in “other related duties as assigned”:
•Work with marketing team and a variety of positions in all divisions to strategize, script, shoot, and edit videos based on product and managed services marketing campaigns; video creation from concept, to production to management of use on website, social media and other ways to leverage its value.
•Creation of animated videos focused on Loffler products and services, including scripting, effects, captioning and posting on website and social media.
•Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Animatron software, as well as lighting, audio and effective camera use.
•Photography for Loffler events, employee professional photos, website use and other marketing deliverables.
Website Maintenance & Campaigns on HubSpot Platform:
•Proficiency in HubSpot inbound marketing automation software.
•Be the go-to person for website form building and editing.
•Building of workflows to nurture the buyer’s journey on the Loffler website.
•Understand and troubleshoot various forms of software that integrate with HubSpot platform including Drift (chat), Bedrock (CRM integration), EventBrite, Wistia (video platform), etc.
•Examine and discuss website analytics to understand trends and new ways to generate leads; oversee all types of traffic, report on notable fluctuations and recommend adjustments to SEO, page design, etc.
•Provide support to users/sales people on email campaigns, analytics and suggested adjustments.
•Help to ensure website provides effective knowledge sharing for potential and existing clients for a positive experience understanding that the ultimate intent beyond support is to generate leads.
Inbound Marketing Collaboration & Strategy:
•Collaborate on conceptualization, creation, alignment and implementation of inbound marketing content for campaigns on designated marketing topics across all products and services.
•Collaborate on social media campaigns with video creation and other content to determine appropriate
•platforms for all forms of content.
Advertising, Public Relations, Other Responsibilities
•Creation of marketing messages and content for business magazines and other print advertising outlets.
•Provide marketing/promotional help as needed to assist in effective open houses or trade shows for business units.
•Any and all marketing activities to promote the Loffler brand on an internal and external level.
•Manage online chats initiated on the Loffler website.
•Strong communications skills, both written and oral, with ability to write professional marketing content.
•Good presentation, interpersonal, customer interface skills.
•Strong work ethic, cooperative spirit, professionalism, maturity, can work independently as well as team member
•Well organized and plans effectively.
•Ability to work with minimal supervision and cooperatively with shared vision with teammates.
•Works well under pressure to achieve deadlines with successful results.
•Proficient knowledge of HubSpot marketing automation (certifications a plus), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), Animatron video animation software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Proven inbound marketing knowledge, understanding, and success.
•Constructive, positive outlook and persistence to succeed while overcoming obstacles.
•Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant major – marketing, journalism, writing, etc.
•3+ years of industry experience in similar field or job duties with variety of marketing experience.
