- Deliver the Ultimate Fit Experience-ensuring comfort, durability, and safety in every pair.
- Share expert product knowledge and keep up with new arrivals to better serve customers.
- Build connections with local businesses to provide work footwear solutions for their employees.
- Keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, energetic environment.
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required-we’ll train the right person).
- Passion for helping others and creating a positive customer experience.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Weekend availability required; flexibility for additional hours a plus.
