Hello I own several properties in NE that I want to tear down (they are set back properties at the back of lot), and build a new homes. I want a builder that needs to fill his time and keep his guys busy over the winter. So would give us a discount vs losing crews (been there done that). But builder must be a to z - start to finish contractor. Submit our blue prints, pull permits, work with city etc. I have a crew but they primarily do turns, but we can go full finish work if needed, but don't want to be involved in bringing structure to that point or maybe none at all. You need to be the builder/hands on- not just a general. I would need to see a strong resume of structures. Basically a 2 story probably 1000 square footprint, with finished basement.
