Earn $500 to $1,000 ($750 on Average) per Route per Snow Event. This is NOT an hourly position. Pay is performance based and as follows for each 20 property route...
2" or less = $500
> 2" but < 4" = $600
4" to 6" = $700
> 6" but < 8" = $800
8" or more = $1,000.00
Example: 20 properties @ 4.2” of snow = $700. If you can clear your route within 9 hours, you’d make $77.70 per hour (plus the performance bonus). If you have some experience, you know how fast you can get through the properties. Note the driving time guarantees below...
Routes
Each Route, whether Suburban or Urban, consists of 20 Residential Properties in close proximity to one another.
The Routes are in Minneapolis, Saint Paul or the surrounding MSP Suburbs
We guarantee the driving time will be less than 50 minutes on urban routes and less than 100 minutes on suburban routes.
Snow must be cleared from all properties on the route and within 12 Hours after each Snow Event occurs. A Snow Event occurs when it Snows…
- 24 consecutive hours; or
- less than 24 consecutive hours and the snow has stopped falling and the trigger amount is met (.75” and 1.5” triggers)
Equipment and Vehicle Requirements:
- Snow Blower (NOT a Snow Plow)
- Shovels
- Gas Can
- Pickup/SUV/Van (NOT a Car)
- Smart Phone
$500 Signing Bonus Paid at End of Season + Performance Bonuses (if performance criteria met).
