We are a lawncare company based out of Cologne, MN. We are looking to hire on a full time guy who has plenty of experience in the field and is looking to progress their career. Your primary job responsibility would be taking the lead on our weekly mowing services. You would be mowing by yourself for the majority of the time, with team members available to help if needed due to shortened weeks, weather, etc. We have residential and Commercial accounts. In the Spring and Fall, we provide clean up services as well. Winter tasks would include plowing snow with a truck and a v-plow and shoveling, if interested. We are a clean cut, hardworking company, always trying to keep a positive attitude. If you are willing to put in the work, you will be compensated for it. A big part of your job in the warmer months will be pulling a trailer so you will need experience with that as well. You will need a valid driver's license. Pay will be based on experience.
