This will be on-call with plenty of notice ( I'm able to work around your schedule ). Sometimes it will be once a month, a couple calls a month or no calls for months.
Current project :
1. Repair small leak under kitchen sink
2. Replace 3 door handles
3. Small sheet rock repair inside of garage door corner wall.
4. Change the Garage door weather strip
