Position Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt (Overtime Eligible)

• Have a CDL A or B (preferred, but not required).

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Operate salt trucks to ensure safe road and surface conditions.
🔹 Drive a hook truck and load your own salt during operations.
🔹 Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
🔹 Be on-call during snow events (nights, weekends, holidays).
🔹 Log service times and materials in our CRM.
🔹 Perform preventative maintenance and keep equipment clean.
🔹 Work safely in tough winter conditions while meeting timelines. 

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Team Player First and Foremost
✔️ Reliable, steady, and able to work in extreme weather
✔️ Able to lift 50 lbs. (80 lbs. with help)
✔️ Valid driver’s license and clean record (CDL A or B preferred)
✔️ Strong communicator and problem-solver 

Schedule:

🌨️ On-call during winter weather events (October – April)
