About the Opportunity

Lunseth Lawn Care Professionals is launching a new in-house Irrigation Division to support both commercial and residential customers. We are seeking a motivated Irrigation Technician who can help build this division while performing essential field work and delivering high-quality service.

What You’ll Do

·         Perform irrigation start-ups, mid-season service checks, diagnostics, repairs, and winterizations.

·         Troubleshoot valves, wiring, controllers, leaks, and system performance issues.

·         Support Lunseth’s environmental goals by promoting water-efficient practices and completing irrigation sustainability audits.

·         Lead or assist with small irrigation installations, including zone additions, drip systems, and controller upgrades.

·         Maintain accurate service documentation and customer records.

·         Help establish processes, routes, inventory systems, and workflows for the division.

·         Provide professional customer service and support internal communication needs.

Winter Duties

·         This position will be a key Team member in Lunseth’s winter Snow operations.

·         When not involved in winter operations, the position will work to develop planning, structure, and analysis related to the Irrigation Division.

What You Bring

·         Minimum 3 years of irrigation service or installation experience.

·         Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

·         Ability to independently manage a daily service route.

·         Knowledge of controllers, wiring, valves, and drip systems.

·         Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

·         Backflow certification and Limited Power Technician license preferred.

·         HindSite/FieldCentral experience preferred.

·         Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

·         $28–$35 per hour based on experience.
