OUR PROCESS
• We share a job scope and tenant availability with you
• You receive a text of the confirmed appointment
• You show up assess/bid
• You report job with notes and pictures using the provided link
• We reconcile and processes the invoice to be paid via direct deposit
GREAT COMMUNICATION=MORE JOBS
• Communicate clearly and timely plus quality workmanship, you'll succeed
• You are a crucial part of our organization, and we value your hard work.
• BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER photos along with a detailed summary will be your fastest way to more jobs
PRICING
• We pay $50 per hour for labor – No Book Rates
• Submit estimates from the site
• Submit completion form and photos while on-site
• Communicate on-site for any adjustments.
• Completion notes and pictures equal payment
• Remember, you don't have to advertise, pay referral fees, schedule work, or chase down payments like you would for other work. We absorb all those expenses.
