🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:

- Digging trenches and hauling materials (dirt, concrete, rock)

- Prepping basements for installations

- Installing drain tile, sump pump systems, and vapor barriers

- Assisting with concrete removal and pours

- Loading/unloading tools and equipment

- Cleaning job sites to a professional finish


✅ What You’ll Need:

- Age 16+ with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet all day

- Ready to work outdoors in all weather (heat, rain, mud, and Minnesota winters)

- Willing to listen, learn, and do your part

- Punctual, coachable, and a team player


💵 What You’ll Get:

- $22/hr starting pay
