Experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech sought for 120 apartment homes, pool and boilers in Chanhassen MN. Skills to include pool, boilers, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, electric, drywall, grounds, snow, lock re-keying, and so on. Must own your own tools. We are seeking someone with 3 or more years of experience and licenses for boilers and pool. This is a fast paced customer caring organization; we put our work and our customers first. On call required every 3 to 4 weeks for your region. This is a full time position; would consider multiple part-time/semi-retired persons.
