An amazing and all original 1920s French Art Deco glass ceiling light from the world-renowned cameo art glass maker Degue. David Gueron (Degue) founded his factory, which he called Verrerie d'art Degue. Here he put his full attention on the designing and production of Art Deco luxury art glass and he became highly collectable because of his remarkable quality and beautiful designs. Semi-frosted clear-to-white glass, decorated with typically Art Deco stylized bricks (Degue's favorite design). Decorated with geometric flowers and black handles all original fine hammered wrought iron. Glass center shade signed "DEGUE" in a outer part of the shade. Amazing quality of glass and wrought iron fixture art deco design put together. It's a beautiful chandelier, decorative, useful and it's in excellent condition.
Approximately 30" H x 24.5 W, center shade 4.8" H x 13.8" W, hanging shades 5" W x 6.3" H.
