Item is new, though there are small light scuffs on handle from shipping and lid has very faint, 3/4" thin, line scuff/scratch on glass near handle, too faint to show in photos. Item is 6" measuring the inside rim and 6 3/8" outside rim measurement. This lid pairs well with a Gibson 1.5 quart sauce pan or other pans that take a similar lid. Please measure your pan or existing lid to see if this lid will be a good fit for your pan.
