The exact size is 12.9x9.9 (so about 13x10 in size). It is in excellent condition with no wear spots or flaws, but some color patination reflecting its age, which frankly enhances its beauty because the colors are a bit softer with the age.
We used this to stage an upper bracket home that has now sold. (We take the rugs back after the staging and sell them for a portion of their cost to reduce the staging fees.) At retail this rug would retail for about $5500-$6000 But it is Just $1275 here since the staging fee paid for the bulk of the cost.
