What you’ll do
• Support daily living skills and community outings
• Implement person-centered and behavior support plans
• Facilitate sensory/play/art activities
• Provide transportation for activities (mileage/logs as applicable)
• Maintain documentation (program data, health info, daily logs)
• Follow safety protocols and assist with crisis prevention/intervention
• Rotate between houses as needed
Schedule
• PT and FT options; some evenings/holidays; inclement weather coverage as needed
Minimum requirements
• Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year relevant experience (DSP, PCA, caregiver, autism support, or similar)
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs and assist with personal care
• Pass a state-required background study (Minnesota DHS; 245D compliant)
