I bought a lawn mower recently that had this roller attached to the rear end. I guess that is so your lawn looks like a baseball field or golf course.
I'm a lawn care minimalist, so I have no need for this roller.
It has brackets to attach to a mower, but you might need to fabricate something for your particular machine.

The roller is about 4.5" diameter, and about 22-23" long, and weighs about 8 pounds.
