Beautiful couch in very good condition. Selling because I am downsizing and will no longer have space for it.

Real leather, nice dark brown color. Very sturdy and water resistant. Light cosmetic damage in a couple spots on the back, see photos. Cushions in great condition and still very plush.

Must be able to pick up. Also helpful if you are able to help me carry it out of the apartment (first floor, no stairs), but I can call in a friend if that is not possible.
