This bed has served a 13-year-old well enough, but we've bought a house and the kid wants a queen-sized bed. All parts are present, except the leash that connects the foot of the ladder to the leg of the loft. The desk has a few marks on it but serves adequately, but we don't recommend mounting the shelf, which is frankly a terrible design that wobbles and dumps its contents with any but the gentlest of movements from the bed above.

The twin mattress is about two years old, and it's in very good condition.

The set will be available through September 29th. If we still have it then, it'll be donated to Vincent de Paul.
