We need to get it out of the house, so we are practically giving it away. This has been in a house with no pets or smokers, really good condition.
You need to move it out of the house so bring 2 strong people. it is a heavy solid wood piece of furniture.
No haggling, it Is worth 10 times this amount so $80 cash required, but we are in need to get it out and we are older so cannot move it ourselves.
