This was purchased new for $350 at Home Depot last year, but after a remodel has been mounted in the garage and is not really being used. I figure someone else should have it, and I could get some money back to put toward daycare bills.
Comes with a remote, and I built a tongue n groove pine mount on the back to make it easier to install which you can just have.
Still mounted, ready to turn on when you back up to the garage, and I can take it down then for ya.
Cash is king, but Venmo/PayPal works if no funny business.
