One of my longtime slip-renters is moving, so I have a rare opening for a boat slip for the 2026 season. It's one of the best slips on the entire lake for several reasons:
1. Located in a no-wake zone, which is a HUGE benefit because your boat sits perfectly still 24/7. No being relentlessly jostled by the waves and wind, and no need to tie multiple spring lines. Just a simple bow and stern line is all you need. Fun fact: only 11% of the lake is a no-wake zone.
2. There is a public road going through my property right by the waterline, which means you can park your vehicle right near your boat. Most private slips require you to park in front of the owner's house, then walk through their yard down to your boat. Not the case here.
3. The dock is a permanent piling dock (like the kind they have at Lord Fletcher's), meaning it's super sturdy and stays in the water all year round. The benefit of this is that you can put your boat in the water as soon as ice-out arrives, and you can keep it in the water all the way until ice-in. Most slips require you to wait until May to put your boat in, and only give you until the end of September to get your boat out. With this slip, you can be boating the entire season from April through October. Some of the best boating days are actually in October!
4. There is both on-street AND off-street parking nearby. And, all of it is shaded, so your car won't roast while you're having fun.
Slip is uncovered without power. Boat length up to 28 feet. Will need a copy of your boat's insurance and registration. First qualified person with $5,950 takes it.
