I ordered one, it came broken (this seems to be a common complaint on Amazon for turtle tanks - the packaging often can't withstand the abuse of shipping), I returned it and bought the exact same model and this time it came unharmed. Unfortunately, the turtle was gone by then, so it never got used. It never even got assembled; I just opened the box to verify that it came undamaged, and that was it.
Save yourself some money and also the trouble of worrying if it will come in one piece if you order it from Amazon. You can examine all the contents on the spot to make sure it's all in good order.
