We are currently seeking $500k for a project cost totaling about $12M. We have about 30 percent of the total cost into the deal ourselves, we also have the rest of it in the forms of low-cost loan thru various entity. We are ready to go!
However, we still that little amount of cash to get this deal done!
We are seeking this amount as a loan! However, we are willing to offer a generous portion of the equity in this real estate deal along with 15 percent return. On top of that, we are open to provide a “minimum” term (“two years”) on that return to assure the potential investor of good return for their money. We can also help with 1030 exchange AND this project is in an “opportunity zone”, if you are interested/keen on those things.
Too good to be true? May be. However, we are trying to be as generous as we can. So that the “unconventional approach” of this project, doesn’t get in the way. And that’s why, ABSOLUTELY no bargaining on our terms! As we KNOW, you won’t find a better deal than what we are offering (we checked!)
We are seeking these funds immediately as we have a pending purchase agreement (and our other investor backed out at the last minute for some personal, unfortunate situation).
Once an NDA is signed, we can provide all relevant documents to you.
If you are a broker, or can find us an investor, we can offer a “finder’s fee”.
